Welcome to our Community website. We hope that you will find the information both useful and informative.
Within this site, you will find information on our new developments which have commenced, negotiations through the planning process, as well as information on the projects.
We hope you will help us shape the community in which you live, work and play.
Localism sits firmly with our “Vision Statement” to be creating communities where people aspire to live. In order to do this we are working closer than ever with people from the local communities, Local Authority Stakeholders and interested Community Groups to continually improve both the design and community benefits within our developments.
Communities where people aspire to live cannot be created without engagement of the local people; really listening and taking on board their views whilst balancing this with the needs and wants of the Local Planning Authority and the viability of the project to ensure a tangible legacy can be left for both the Community at large and the new community created by our development and how they interact
We at Barratt /David Wilson Homes recognise the need for greater communication with the community in which we work and affect. We have designed this website to inform you of our proposals, and to keep you up to date with what we are doing within your area. This is a 2-way communication tool and you contact the Division direct with queries and you will receive personal responses from a member of our Team – but please do remember to be courteous
As we acquire new sites a page dedicated to the proposed development will be added to this website.
Initially, there will only be limited information available on the page, but as the planning process gathers momentum more information will be shared with you. The site will also inform you of upcoming events and keep you up-to-date with information that you may find useful.
Information will be posted over time as it becomes available and the scheme takes shape, including advanced warning of meetings and events so you are able to track the progress.
