Cheriton Road (Eastleigh)

In 2012 Barratt Homes and First Wessex worked in Partnership to start the regeneration of the Monksbrook Estate in Eastleigh, replacing 164 aged units with 237 new homes.

The award winning Cheriton Road scheme includes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and flats for private sale and social rent through housing association First Wessex. Development completed in Autumn 2016.
