We are promoting the site for development in the longer term through the Core Strategy. 15ha of land at Highgrove Farm, Bosham has been identified as having potential for residential development in the Council's Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA), with a potential of upto 265 dwellings.
Additionally a scheme for 50 dwellings is currently being promoted through the Local Plan Process as part of the Site Allocations Plan. The site is included in the preferred allocation for 50 dwellings.
