This development, known as 'The Oysters', is located at the northern edge of of West Town in South Hayling and comprises 76 residential units, including a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, and 1000 sqm of light industrial accommodation. 

Planning permission was granted by Havant Borough Council in 2015 and the development was completed in 2018.
