We are pleased to have secured the above site and we are currently working up draft reserved matters proposals for 300 new homes for land north of Stane Street, Madgwick Lane, Westhampnett
The scheme was granted outline planning permission in June 2016. We are holding a public exhibition to demonstrates how details of landscaping, layout and design are addressed to deliver the approved 300 dwellings
We have prepared a draft layout plan for the site which has been progressed in response to background studies and outline consent and these are our thoughts about the design of the scheme
This public exhibition is your opportunity to have your say on our draft landscape, layout and design proposals for the site and we welcome your comments and feedback, which will be considered by the design team and used to inform the final proposals for the site
Copies of the display boards will be posted on the website immediately after the public exhibition.
We will be holding an Exhibition to introduce our proposal for this site on Wednesday 18th October.
