Compass Point (Land West of Northbrook Road, Swanage)

Our planning application for this site was submitted in 2017, responding to a Purbeck Local Plan policy which formally allocated the land for development.

Permission was granted in January 2019 for 90 homes (50% affordable and 50% open market), landscaping and natural greenspace. Details can be found on the Dorset Council planning website using the reference 6/2017/0713.
