Located near to the market town of Wimborne Minster in East Dorset, the site currently has outline permission for 174 dwellings and full permission for a community sports facility, comprising a club house, playing pitches, parking and landscaping.

Pre-application advice was sought from Dorset Council in February 2021 with regards to submitting a Reserved Matters application. It is anticipated that the application will be submitted in summer 2021 and will comprise 174 dwellings in total, including 125 open market units and 49 affordable units, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms in size.
