Swanage Grammar School

The site currently has two extant permissions, comprising 52 residential units to the northern parcel, granted 2017, and demolition of the former Grammar School and erection of 39 new dwellings to the southern parcel, granted March 2021.

The present application takes a holistic approach to the site with a single proposal of 90 new homes, including 30 affordable homes, and two access points onto Northbrook Road. The homes will range in size from 1-4 bedrooms, with the majority being two and three bedroom homes.
