Outline permission was granted for a scheme of up to 200 dwellings with vehicular access from Marshall Close on 5th January 2022 for Land South of Barnahm Station.

David Wilson Homes has recently aqcuired an interest in the site and is now progressing the development with an application for Reserved Matters permission. The Reserved Matters application seeks:

• 200 no. dwellings
• Access from Marhsall Close
• Open space, including biodiversity net gain enhancements
• New local play area
• Landscaping
• Sustainable urban drainage system
• Allotments 
• Community Orchard 

As part of the application process Arun District Council will be accepting public comments on the scheme via their website: https://www.arun.gov.uk/planning-application-search. The application has been allocated the reference number: BN/147/22/RES.
